This process is for NEW members only (those not previously registered). To renew your existing membership for the new membership year, please visit the Membership Renewal<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smashers maintains all membership data in our database. After joining Smashers your user login will be your email address. You will need to be logged in to renew your membership and access your member profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payments are accepted by credit card or check. Credit card payments will have a nominal processing fee added on. No extra payments for charity or future years membership can be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smashers does not record or maintain any credit card data. The orders are processed by Square, a leading point of sale company. We also have set up Square to not retain any member credit card information after a transaction is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unique E-Mail Addresses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the move to electronic voting and implementation of user accounts to secure personal information on our web site, each member will be required to have their own email address. For those couples who share a single email, we recommend creating a free Gmail address at Google or other free email service like Outlook or Yahoo) for the second member. When asked on the Membership form about “Data Permissions” for Smashers to send emails to this second email address, you can answer \u201cNo\u201d and emails will not be sent to this address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
