The Solivita Smashers Pickleball Club (\u201cSolivita Smashers\u201d or \u201cclub\u201d) operates a website at solivitasmashers.com<\/a>. This site notifies members and non-members of club information including various guidelines and policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Privacy Policy addresses the disclosure and safeguards of personally identifiable information (\u201cPersonal Information \u201c) received from the members of the Solivita Smashers. The club values and respects members\u2019 privacy and diligently protects their Personal Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members must complete a Membership Application. The member may, or may not, authorize Personal Information on the Smashers Roster which is published on the password-protected SolivitaHOA.com website. The Solivita Smashers will not provide Personal Information if a member has indicated that this information is to be withheld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Captains of Smashers Leagues may request written authorization of the same or additional Personal Information directly from the members for publication of their League rosters. Members of the Board of Directors, League Captains and Committee Chairs may be provided with a member\u2019s phone number and email address if needed for Smashers documents, mailings or in case of emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members have the right, at any time, to change their directive upon written authorization to the Solivita Smashers. This includes the authorization or removal of Personal Information from disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Solivita Smashers do not divulge, sell, trade or otherwise transfer Personal Information to outside parties. However, the club may release this information when it is believed that this action is appropriate to comply with the law, in case of an emergency, to enforce our site policies or to protect others\u2019 or member rights, property, and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preventing a breach of Personal Information is important to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or by electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use means such as consent and confidentiality to protect a member\u2019s Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security especially when communicating online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Privacy Policy shall remain in effect except with respect to any changes. It shall be reviewed periodically and revised as needed. Members will be notified if there are any material changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
