We are gearing up for our Spring Picnic on April 9th at the Pavilions near the softball field, and we are looking forward to a fantastic afternoon of fun and fellowship. We need volunteers from our membership to ensure a successful and enjoyable picnic.
We need assistance with:
- Food Coordination: Helping with potluck sign-ups, purchasing supplies, or assisting with catering.
- Equipment and Setup: Assisting with setting up tables, chairs, games, and decorations.
- Activity Coordination: Helping to manage games like Bocce and Corn Hole, and assisting with general flow of the event.
- Volunteer Coordination: Helping to manage the volunteers who have signed up to help.
- Cleanup: Assisting with the post-event cleanup.
