Sponsorship Program
The Smashers sponsorship program offers an opportunity for local companies & organizations to gain marketing exposure to Smashers members. Funds provided by sponsors will further enhance our Club.
Sponsorships provide a number of opportunities to local businesses and individuals. For information on becoming a sponsor, please email the Sponsorship Committee

2025 Sponsorship Opportunities
GOLD SPONSOR – $1500
- Recognition as Gold Sponsor during the Opening Ceremony at all Smashers tournaments
- The opportunity to speak during Opening Ceremonies at Smashers tournaments
- Display a sponsor-provided banner at tournament venues during Smashers tournaments and outdoor Club events *
- Vendor table at tournaments and outdoor Club events, allowing direct engagement with participants. **
- Inclusion of Sponsor name and logo in Smashers email newsletter
- Logo placement on Smashers tournament promotional merchandise
- Sponsor’s logo on Smashers-branded items if provided.
- Inclusion on the Club’s website and social media, with a direct link to the Sponsor’s webpage
SILVER SPONSOR – $1000
- Recognition as Silver Sponsor during the Opening Ceremony at all Smashers tournaments
- Display a sponsor-provided banner at tournament venues during Smashers tournaments and outdoor Club events *
- Inclusion of Sponsor name and logo in Smashers email newsletter
- Sponsor’s logo on Smashers-branded items if provided.
- Inclusion on the Club’s website and social media, with a direct link to the Sponsor’s webpage
BRONZE SPONSOR – $500
- Recognition as Bronze Sponsor during the Opening Ceremony at all Smashers tournaments
- Display a sponsor-provided banner at tournament venues during Smashers tournaments and outdoor Club events *
- Inclusion on the Club’s website and social media, with a direct link to the Sponsor’s webpage
SMALL SOLIVITA-BASED BUSINESS SPONSOR – $100
- Inclusion on the Club’s website and social media, with a direct link to the Sponsor’s webpage
EVENTS/TOURNAMENT SPONSOR (Fee varies)
- Recognition as the Event Sponsor during Opening Ceremonies
- The opportunity to speak during Opening Ceremonies at Smashers tournaments
- Display a sponsor-provided banner at specified tournament venue or Club event *
- Vendor table at specified tournaments or Club event, allowing direct engagement with participants. The Club will provide table and tent.
- Inclusion of Sponsor name and logo in tournament or event registration form and emails to participants
- Vendor must donate a raffle gift
TRAVEL TEAM SPONSOR (Fee varies)
- Recognition as the Travel Team Sponsor at all Travel Team events and games
- Features on the Club website as the Travel Team Sponsor
- Inclusion of Sponsor name and logo on event registration form and emails to participants for Travel Team events
- Sponsor’s logo on Smashers Travel Team t-shirts
- Sponsor’s logo on Solivita Smashers Pickleball Club Travel Team Banner
NOTES:
- * Banners: provided by sponsor; maximum size 4 x 6 feet; displays not to exceed three days prior to the event and two days after
- ** Sponsor provides all material (table, tent, promotional items, etc.)
- A signed Sponsorship Agreement is required to become a Solivita Smashers Sponsor
