ELECTRONIC MEMBERSHIP NOW AVAILABLE
Smashers is now requesting all membership renewals and enrollments be submitted via the electronic membership form.
Payments are accepted by credit card or check. Credit card payments will have a nominal processing fee added on.
Smashers does not record or maintain any credit card data. The orders are processed by Square, a leading point of sale company. We also have set up Square to not retain any member credit card information after a transaction is completed.

Renew Membership
Annual dues for Smashers membership are $12 per person payable by the end of February. Dues run from March 1 through the last day of February the following year. No extra payments for charity or future years membership accepted.
Unique Email Addresses
With the move to electronic voting and planned implementation of user accounts to secure personal information on our web site, each member will be required to have their own email address. For those couples who share a single email, we recommend creating a free Gmail address at Google or other free email service like Outlook or Yahoo) for the second member. When asked on the form “Permission for Smashers to send emails to this email address?”, answer “No”.

Communication
The Smashers Board emails important information to members with a program called Constant Contact. If you are NOT receiving Smashers emails, please check your SPAM filters. If you are still not receiving, please email communications.
The Smashers website is frequently updated and contains important communications and information. We encourage all members to routinely check this website.
