What a successful event with 81 teams (162 players) competing in Women’s, Coed and Men’s events over three days. The courts were fully utilized during the LADDERS noon to 1:30pm assigned time. The Challenge event was self-funded by players and volunteers.
The camaraderie was evident… Players and spectators cheered at the games through the medals award ceremony. The celebration continued with a grilled hotdog lunch.
How did this event come about? The LADDERS players asked and we listened… Two weeks ago several LADDERS players asked for a competitive event before the snowbirds returned north. Your LADDERS Admin Team formed an idea, met together to plan and sent an email to LADDERS players all within three days.
Your 17 member LADDERS Admin Team strives to deliver what the LADDERS players want… fun yet competitive pickleball.
